• Develop full-stack features following defined technical and security standards. • Build user interfaces with a focus on usability and code quality. • Consume and integrate APIs, understanding contracts and authentication flows. • Develop and maintain back-end systems (APIs, business rules, and integrations). • Work with relational and NoSQL databases applying best practices. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and security. • Apply security practices (SecDevOps) in development. • Operate in cloud environments (primarily Azure). • Maintain and evolve systems, reducing technical debt. • Participate in refinements and technical decision-making. • Take part in agile rituals with clarity, collaboration, and openness to feedback.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years as a software developer, with full-stack or front-end/back-end experience and production deliveries.
- Experience in agile teams with frequent deliveries and collaborative work under technical guidance.
- Demonstrated technical growth through projects, team experiences, courses, or certifications.
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications in front-end, back-end, cloud, or security are a plus.
