• Build and maintain integrations with industry-standard energy protocols and specifications, including OpenADR, IEEE 2030.5, and related smart grid/DER communication standards • Develop and maintain our client-facing REST API and the backend logic that powers it • Build integrations with distributed internal services to abstract away complexity and enable new product capabilities • Ensure proper security and data protection policies, procedures, and monitoring are in place • Collaborate with product and engineering to continuously improve requirements and software quality • Collaborate with other teams to enable new API features and help them build on top of utility client data • Update utility-facing Web portal to support new integrations • Drive and embody the “Dev Owns Quality” culture • Write and maintain technical documentation • Other duties as assigned

• Develop full-stack features following defined technical and security standards. • Build user interfaces with a focus on usability and code quality. • Consume and integrate APIs, understanding contracts and authentication flows. • Develop and maintain back-end systems (APIs, business rules, and integrations). • Work with relational and NoSQL databases applying best practices. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and security. • Apply security practices (SecDevOps) in development. • Operate in cloud environments (primarily Azure). • Maintain and evolve systems, reducing technical debt. • Participate in refinements and technical decision-making. • Take part in agile rituals with clarity, collaboration, and openness to feedback.

• Architect, develop, and deliver full-stack features spanning AngularJS/Angular front-ends, ASP.NET server-side APIs, background processing services, and SQL database layers • Lead technical design discussions, make architectural decisions, and set coding standards across the team • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested C# and TypeScript code following SOLID principles, GoF design patterns, and RESTful API best practices • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies to ensure high-performance data access at scale • Build and iterate on customer-facing web applications - owning features end-to-end from UI/UX through to the database • Prototype and prove innovative new approaches using machine learning and data science to solve hard problems in the pipeline integrity space • Integrate third-party data sources, GIS platforms, and customer systems into the Irth AIP platform via robust APIs and ETL pipelines • Contribute to Power BI dashboards, SSRS reports, and enterprise analytics features that deliver actionable insights to operators • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing • Champion engineering best practices - unit testing, CI/CD via Azure DevOps, agile methodology, and continuous improvement
