Job Description
EDI Specialist
Sales Consulting
• Own the full Electronic Data Interchange lifecycle for the company's Americas and Mexico operations • Monitor all OEM and trading partner ASN transmissions daily • Diagnose root causes in SAP IDoc/EDIFACT/X12 mapping • Coordinate directly with OEM EDI portals and trading partner teams • Lead setup and go-live of new supplier and customer EDI connections • Configure and maintain SAP EDI partner profiles • Maintain a live EDI status register
Job Requirements
- Proven knowledge of minimum 3-5 years with EDI systems (e.g. Axway or Seeburger)
- Deep knowledge of ANSI X12 transaction sets: 856 ASN, 862 Ship Schedule, 850/860 PO, 810 Invoice -and EDIFACT equivalents
- Proven SAP EDI configuration experience
- Familiarity with automotive OEM EDI portals
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve EDI failures
- Strong written English
