Role Description As part of strengthening the team at our Tirana office, we are looking for a: Senior Consultant / Manager – Strategy & Value Creation We are seeking a motivated professional with 4–6 years of experience to join our team, working on strategy, value creation, and support to AFC/CFO functions. The ideal candidate will be involved in projects for leading corporations and private equity funds, supporting the analysis and implementation of strategic and financial initiatives aimed at improving performance and driving value creation. - Support strategic initiatives alongside CFOs and AFC departments - Develop business plans, budgets, and industrial plans - Perform financial analysis and monitor company performance - Support controlling and financial planning activities - Identify efficiency and value creation opportunities - Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis - Support extraordinary transactions and M&A projects - Review and optimize finance processes and operating models Qualifications - Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields - 3–4 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, or advisory environments - Experience in business planning, controlling, and supporting AFC/CFO functions - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of key finance processes and management control - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken - Experience in strategy, value creation, or performance improvement is a plus Benefits - People at the centre of our culture - Trust and collaboration, entrepreneurship and courage, meritocracy and development drive the growth of our people - Opportunity to test yourself in diverse project environments - Access to more than 300 cutting-edge training courses - Policy that supports agile working up to 100% of your time - Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Next Steps Once we receive your CV, we will take the time to carefully review it.
