Job Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical or engineering field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Experience in nuclear industry preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Conceptual knowledge of CE&I Systems design software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to complete complex technical work with limited supervision
- Higher-level knowledge and application of skills of fundamental principles and concepts related to electrical design
- Experience contributing to Electrical system design (e.g., on site distribution (AC and DC), off site interfaces (switchyard), grounding and lighting protection, plant lighting systems, battery system design, communications systems, or diesel generators)
- Growing familiarity with nuclear regulatory guidance (e.g., NUREG-0800 Ch. 8)
- Experience applying relevant codes and standards (IEEE, IEC, EPRI)
