Role Description We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a talented and driven individual to work in our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Practice Group. The ECM Practice Group provides design, implementation, and support expertise to our Clients in the areas of Document Management, Email Management, and the various third-party applications that integrate with these systems. • Provide advisory services to government and private-sector clients on comprehensive/end-to-end solutions to optimize their technology processes. • Develop, together with your immediate supervisor, account development plans for strategic accounts. • Meet the performance indicators defined to evaluate your performance. • Carry out research, consulting, advisory tasks and activities across the full sales cycle. • Provide clients under your responsibility with specialized technical advisory services. • Prepare winning service proposals together with the Solutions Architect. • Maintain ongoing monitoring of equipment required by clients. • Follow up on the status of product orders distributed by the company. • Actively participate in any process related to marketing activities or brand positioning.

• Lead design and implementation of Microsoft Purview capabilities across enterprise data sources. • Configure Data Map & Unified Catalog, including data scanning, classifications, lineage, business glossary, and metadata management. • Create Custom Sensitive Information Types (SITs) including but not limited to RegEx, Fingerprinting, Exact Data Matching, and Trainable Classifiers. • Build and deploy sensitivity labels, auto labeling, and custom sensitive info types for both structured and unstructured content. • Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across M365, endpoint, and cloud applications, with tuning, testing, and incident workflows. • Establish Records Management and retention policies, including regulatory records, retention labels, and disposition review. • Configure Insider Risk Management, including policies, indicators, roles, and investigation processes. • Deploy and manage eDiscovery (Standard & Premium), including case setup, holds, review sets, search, and exports. • Integrate Purview capabilities with Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Endpoint, and Entra ID P2 (PIM, Conditional Access, Identity Governance). • Automate and report using PowerShell, KQL, and Microsoft Graph. • Produce high-quality documentation, runbooks, and training for customer teams. • Provide advisory support and roadmap planning to help customers adopt and operationalize Purview capabilities.

• Act as Incident Commander, respond to high-severity issues, and perform root cause analysis. • Liaise with L1-L4 support, operations teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, operation, and timely resolution of customer issues. • Independently build, test, and troubleshoot reliable solutions post-release, proactively seeking and solving problems. • Act as the main point of communication to the client and contribute to Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly client reviews (e.g., reporting, AAS). • Support the development team in releases and promotions from development to production, validate installation/release and configuration processes, and provide technical input for application deployment. • Prepare, validate, and share data required for cleanup, correction, or reconciliation as part of a fix. • Utilize hands-on experience in scripting and object-oriented programming languages, and experience with monitoring tools (AWS, Kibana, etc.) and ticket management systems (Jira, Remedy, SNOW). • Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation on projects, solutions, and support, and participate in the on-call rotation.
