Role Description We are looking for a Language Data and Quality Reviewer with proficiency in Danish language to join our team. This role is critical in researching and analyzing data for various entities, tools, and datasets that will be introduced through on-the-job training. The ideal candidate should have a background in technology, with strong logical and analytical skills to assess data and provide valuable insights. While prior experience in similar roles is beneficial, we encourage candidates with some experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or related fields to apply, especially those looking to grow their skills in a global, dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Data Interpretation: Analyze datasets, translating raw data into actionable insights that can support business improvement strategies. - Data Manipulation: Handle data batches, apply labeling techniques, and manipulate data according to project requirements, ensuring high accuracy. - Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of training data, identify issues or anomalies, and implement corrective measures to maintain data integrity. - Language Translations: Provide translations and contextual understanding where necessary to ensure data is aligned with language and cultural nuances. - Recommendations: Offer suggestions aimed at improving business processes and outcomes based on your data analysis. - Transcription: Transcribe and annotate audio or video files according to detailed project guidelines. • Reviews and investigates referrals to the SIU to identify suspicious indicators of potential fraud committed by claimants, insureds, agents, brokers, providers, and attorneys • Evaluate SIU referrals to establish if there are suspicious elements present that might warrant a SIU investigation • Prepare concise investigative plans of action • Submit assignments to vendors for various investigative tasks when warranted and manage those assignments while controlling costs • Conduct data analysis and utilize analytical tools to identify suspicious claims • Prepare and submit investigative reports detailing and documenting all phases of an investigation to assist in the resolution of the claim • Compile and submit referrals to the NICB, Departments of Insurance, and other law enforcement agencies as warranted

• Conduct a one hour deep dive intake interview with a client • Optimize CVs using EnhanCV • Provide job recommendations based on location and preferences • Help clients write motivation letters and conduct mock interviews • Supply background information on companies prior to interviews

• Administration, maintenance and monitoring of Oracle, SQL Server and MongoDB databases • Ensure high availability, integrity and security of database systems • Plan and execute backup and recovery routines • Perform performance analysis and optimization (query and environment tuning) • Identify and resolve incidents and issues in production environments • Support development and infrastructure teams with database best practices • Implement continuous improvements and automation in DBA processes
