Role & Responsibilities Strategy & Product Leadership• Own the local Offers product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap, ensuring alignment with Mastercard's global vision, issuer priorities, and market needs.• Define success metrics and KPIs across engagement, incremental spend, merchant performance, and issuer value; continuously evolve the program based on insights and outcomes.• Translate market dynamics, consumer behavior, and merchant trends into strategic product priorities, new offer constructs, and category expansion opportunities. Delivery, Operations & Collaboration• Oversee end-to-end execution of offers and campaigns, ensuring strong planning, flawless delivery, and continuous optimization.• Act as the primary product interface with technology, data, and external vendors, ensuring platform stability, backlog prioritization, and issue resolution at scale. Leadership & Influence• Serve as a thought leader and point of reference for Offers within the market, influencing stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology.• Represent the Offers program in executive forums with confidence, clarity, and a strong strategic point of view.
