The Dynamics 365 (D365) Project Manager is responsible for leading projects, clients and teams using their knowledge of Conference Room Pilot (CRP), Life Cycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, Microsoft Sure Step and other tools and project methodologies in implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions. - Manage client/project expectations, client relationship and project team - Managing resource utilization, project scope, time, budget and quality - Facilitate regular project status meetings with clients and teams and prepare documentation - Escalate potential project issues in a timely manner and develop a risk management plan with the client stakeholders - Build and track the overall project metrics - Coordinate and schedule different sessions including requirements, design, CRP, UAT, review and toll gate - Work on change orders and the overall RAID log This job description is not designed to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities required of the employee in this position, as duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or IT related field from an accredited college or university - PMP certification preferred - Similar industry-recognized certification including APICS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 Financial Management, CRM and others) a plus - Customarily has at least 7 years’ experience of project management experience in ERP implementation - Customarily has at least 3 years’ experience managing initiatives for Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX - Customarily has at least 3 years’ experience working in an advisory role to clients - Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, CRM, BI and Power Apps, preferred - Experience managing both onsite and geographically dispersed project teams, preferred - Experience using Azure DevOp methodology, Life Cycle Services, and project management tools and industry trends to plan and track complex projects, preferred - Experience as a Business Consultant knowledgeable in Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, Projects, or HR/Payroll modules, a plus Requirements - Possesses excellent communication skills, makes a concentrated effort to speak the customers language. - Shows integrity, innovation, and accountability in completing daily assignments. - Solutions focused and driven to resolve conflict quickly and precisely. - Willing to learn and ask questions; constantly looking for new ways to improve yourself. - Embraces both customers and colleagues as team members. - Functional business and application knowledge in Dynamics AX/D365. - Strong advisory and presentation skills.
