Design Producer, Project Manager – Packaging
Paired
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project • Gather and organize all required assets before project kickoff • Translate client needs into clear and actionable design briefs • Manage project timelines and keep deliverables on track • Coordinate work between in-house designers and external partners • Work alongside finance on quotes, approvals, and scope changes • Maintain project tracking for status, ownership, and profitability • Manage revision rounds and client feedback efficiently
Job Requirements
- ✔ 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within creative agencies, design studios, or similar environments
- ✔ Strong understanding of branding and packaging deliverables
- ✔ Excellent organizational and project management skills
- ✔ Ability to manage expectations and enforce process professionally
- ✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ➕ Packaging industry experience
- ➕ Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop deliverables
- ➕ Experience in agency production or traffic management
