Role Description Als Identity & Access Management Senior Consultant unterstützt du unsere Kunden dabei, Identitäten, Zugriffe und Berechtigungen in modernen Cloud- und Hybrid-Umgebungen sicher und effizient zu steuern. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Security, Cloud-Plattformen und Infrastruktur – in wechselnden Kundenprojekten, von mittelständischen Unternehmen bis hin zu Enterprise-Umgebungen. Dabei kombinierst du technisches Know-how mit Beratungskompetenz: Du analysierst, konzipierst und begleitest die Umsetzung moderner IAM- und Zero-Trust-Architekturen. - Beratung von Kunden zu Identity & Access Management Strategien (IAM, Zero Trust, Least Privilege) - Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Identity-Architekturen in Cloud-Umgebungen - Einführung und Optimierung von Identity Providern und SSO-Lösungen (z. B. Okta, Microsoft Azure, AWS) - Umsetzung von Rollen-, Rechte- und Berechtigungskonzepten (RBAC / ABAC) - Implementierung von Federation-Standards wie SAML, OAuth2 und OpenID Connect - Unterstützung bei Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver Prozesse) - Durchführung von IAM-Audits, Access Reviews und Compliance-Anforderungen - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Security-, DevOps- und Infrastruktur-Teams beim Kunden Qualifications - Erfahrung in IAM, IT Security oder Cloud Architektur - Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Cloud-Plattform: AWS, Microsoft Azure oder Google Cloud Platform - Verständnis von Identity Governance, Zugriffskontrollen und Zero-Trust-Prinzipien - Erfahrung mit Identity Providern, Verzeichnisdiensten oder SSO-Lösungen - Du kannst technische IAM-Konzepte verständlich für Kunden erklären Requirements - Zertifizierungen (z. Role Description Reporting to the Director, Business Acceleration, the Commercial Strategy Consultant serves as a trusted advisor and analytical partner to ODAIA's pharma and life sciences clients — bridging the gap between commercial strategy and data-driven execution. In this role, you will: - Translate complex market dynamics, brand strategies, and commercial data into structured, insight-led recommendations. - Lead structured engagements across the client lifecycle — from initial discovery through ongoing strategic planning. - Deliver clear, hypothesis-driven analysis and actionable roadmaps. • Provides guidance, expertise, and support to Engage fi clients by engaging as a strategic partner and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in the evaluation, selection and negotiation of critical bank and credit union solutions, including but not limited to Credit/Debit/ATM Processing, Visa/MasterCard Brand, PIN/EFT Network, Card Production, Rewards/Loyalty and other related solutions, vendors, and systems. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients by uncovering and analyzing client needs, providing and recommending solutions, and guiding the process with internal key stakeholders to achieve clients’ goals and objectives. • Oversees complex client projects and applies Engage fi and industry best practices to execute on client strategies and implement project tactics to mitigate risk and ensure success. • Develops and sustains relationships with key strategic vendors, studies and evaluates financial industry market trends, participates in solution demos, and remains abreast of vendor changes, key competitors, and key system updates and overall functionality in order to effectively and appropriately apply knowledge and insight to client projects. • Evaluates client’s current invoices, existing contracts and current proposals to capture relevant business terms, dates, and pricing.
