Product Manager – Third Party Integrations
Lumin Digital
• Be a true leader, working alongside engineers, project managers, and professional services teams to design, develop, and launch software solutions. • Own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, managing requirements gathering, documentation, timelines, user experience, quality assurance, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, data scientists, and trainers to bring innovative products to market. • Focus on impactful and vital SSO integrations of third-party vendors for both launching clients as well as professional services originated integrations for existing clients. • Lead integration and certification initiatives for Lumin API, Lumin SSO, and other Extensibility components, ensuring successful client, vendor, and partner go-lives. • Provide project management support for Lumin API initiatives, coordinating timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery across engineering, product, and professional services. • Serve as the primary product point of contact for Extensibility integrators, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and issue resolution throughout the integration lifecycle. • Engage with the Lumin Digital community, contributing to organizational growth through honest, candid, and respectful feedback. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Gain an understanding of Lumin Digital’s product portfolio, processes, and key stakeholders while building relationships with cross-functional teams within the first 30 days. • Take ownership of key product initiatives, contributing to the development of innovative features and solutions within 90 days. • Deliver impactful products that demonstrate measurable improvements in user adoption, client satisfaction, and business outcomes within 1 year.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within the Banking or FinTech sectors.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience leading integrations for external clients, including discovery, implementation, testing, and go-live support.
- At least 3 years of required experience with SSO and API integrations, with demonstrated ownership of the full lifecycle from design and implementation through production support.
- Understanding of data privacy, security protocols, and compliance considerations in SSO and API based integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable debugging issues across APIs, SSOs, services, and partner systems.
- Proven ability to craft and communicate technical topics for varied audiences.
- Deep understanding of enterprise systems, microservice architectures, and integration best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with the retail banking and credit union industries, including regulatory compliance concepts such as CIP, KYC, and AML.
- Background in data-driven product development and collaborating with clients and development teams to deliver new products.
