Creative AI Content Operations Lead – Digital Media Designer

• Act as the primary point of contact for a global FMCG client, managing day-to-day communication, project alignment and stakeholder expectations. • Review incoming creative briefs, assess project feasibility and define scope, timelines and production requirements. • Set up and structure project workflows within collaborative planning environments (e.g. FigJam), ensuring all required assets, information and dependencies are in place before production begins. • Coordinate and oversee end-to-end AI-powered content production across multiple workstreams and markets. • Lead, mentor and provide creative direction to an India-based design and production team, ensuring high-quality output and continuous improvement. • Review, consolidate and communicate client feedback, managing approval cycles and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. • Create and refine AI-generated assets yourself while also overseeing production performed by the wider team. • Serve as the key interface between clients, creative teams, production specialists and technology stakeholders. • Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and optimization opportunities. • Collaborate closely with development teams by providing feedback, testing new capabilities and contributing to the ongoing evolution of AI-powered production tools. • Document project learnings, best practices and workflow improvements to support operational excellence and scalability. • Ensure visual consistency, brand compliance and creative quality across all deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in digital design, content production, creative operations, project management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered content creation tools, generative AI workflows and production automation.
- Experience managing client relationships and leading stakeholder communications in an international environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple teams, deadlines and deliverables.
- Experience leading offshore or international production teams, ideally including teams based in India.
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to visual quality, image aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Ability to provide constructive creative feedback and guide teams toward high-quality outcomes.
- Experience working with global consumer brands or FMCG clients is a plus.
- Interest in emerging technologies and enthusiasm for helping shape AI-enabled production solutions.
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
