Role Description As a Senior AI Engineer with broad expertise, you will be a vital part of our team, developing innovative applications that leverage AI capabilities to enhance user experiences and streamline communication. You will work alongside a talented team of Data Scientists, DevOps, Product Managers, and Business Analysts, playing a key role in designing and implementing specialized AI assistant technology. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop key features and applications, including product managers, designers, and other engineers. - Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. - Benchmark, analyze, and optimize web applications for scalability, security, and responsiveness. - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring high software quality. - Participate in code reviews, documentation, and the development of coding standards. Requirements - Preferred M.Sc or Ph.D degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in Software development. - Work experience using both compiled languages (Rust, OCaml, Golang, Java, C#) or dynamic languages (JavaScript, Python, Ruby). - Experience building web applications or desktop applications technologies such as Electron, Tauri, React, Vue.js. - Familiarity with CI/CD principles and technologies, including experience with GitHub Actions or similar. - Experience working with Relational and NoSQL databases such as Postgres, Redis, Neo4j, Milvus, or MongoDB, and a good understanding of data consistency trade-offs. - Proven knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, Pinecone, Milvus, or similar. - Experience building native desktop apps. - Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks, such as spaCy or Transformers. - Familiarity with machine learning concepts and the ability to work with NLP datasets.

• Design, build, and maintain the AI automation layer for the RISE data migration program • Develop auditable anomaly detection pipelines, exception classification workflows • Produce technical documentation of AI pipeline logic, model behavior, and automation design decisions • Actively participate in knowledge transfer sessions • Build AI-assisted field mapping and classification tooling to accelerate source-to-target schema mapping

• Design, develop, test, and ship production‑grade software across backend services and front‑end applications. • Build and operate cloud‑native solutions in AWS with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance. • Develop and maintain backend services primarily in .NET/C#. • Contribute to Angular front‑end development, including component design and API integration. • Implement and support CQRS patterns, separating command and query responsibilities where appropriate. • Design and work with event‑sourced systems, including events, projections/read models, and system evolution over time. • Use MongoDB and OpenSearch to support application persistence, projections, and search capabilities. • Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (including Copilot CLI, Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate feature delivery, refactor and improve existing code, generate and improve tests, and support documentation. • Actively develop and manage agent-driven coding workflows, where multiple AI agents are used to build, test, and iterate on features in parallel. • Continuously refine code through AI feedback loops, using iterative prompting, validation, and improvement cycles. • Validate and audit AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and maintainability, applying strong engineering judgment and testing discipline. • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and fellow engineers to deliver high‑quality outcomes. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices. • Mentor and support other engineers as needed through pairing, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

• Design, build, and deploy core application components of EVERSANA’s AI Agency Platform. • Develop backend services, APIs, and front-end interfaces integrated with third-party systems. • Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers to integrate model endpoints and services. • Maintain code quality, testing coverage, and deployment reliability across environments. • Ensure platform design meets pharma regulatory expectations for traceability and content integrity.
