Role Description This full-time position supports the Test Resource Management System (TRMS) of the Atlantic Test Range (ATR) in Patuxent River, MD. TRMS is an internally developed, critical software application that tracks all test events supported by ATR and their associated schedules and range resources. ATR is the U.S. Navy’s East Coast open air test range and provides real-time test and evaluation (T&E) services including data acquisition to DoD and commercial customers for aircraft and weapons system testing and fleet training exercises. The selected candidate will work in a rewarding technical environment at the forefront of naval T&E supporting the needs of today’s warfighter and beyond! - Participate hands-on in designing, developing, debugging, and maintaining software applications. - Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. - Support the development of QA processes, testing infrastructure, and best practices to ensure high-confidence deployments. - Support application development activities throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Work closely with cross-functional teams on coding, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation. Qualifications - BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering from a school where the degree curriculum was accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). - C# and .NET application development. - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and DOM manipulation. - Relational databases, SQL, and data modeling (ERDs). - High-level troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills. - Proven experience working in a collaborative software development environment. - Familiarity with structured software development lifecycles, specifically Agile or Scrum. - Ability to work overtime/after hours as needed. - Possess valid state driver’s license and successfully pass drug screening. - Prior exposure to enterprise-level or multisite environments desired. Requirements - OOP principles and software design patterns. - Experience with Git and version control. - Experience with ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, Backbone, or similar. - Exposure to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with DoD Test & Evaluation or government contracting. - Internship, academic project, or professional experience in software development or quality assurance. Clearance Requirement - Currently hold or be able to obtain and maintain the proper US DoD issued security clearance, which requires US Citizenship. Security clearance eligibility may be discussed during the interview phase. - Employment and start date is contingent upon the candidate receiving the required US DoD issued interim security clearance. • Partner with operational leaders to identify high-friction, high-volume manual workflows and opportunities to automate and improve processes using AI and data science across claims, plan administration, client services, and clinical/UM functions • Design and build AI-assisted tools and prototype solutions using Anthropic’s Claude platform – from prompt-based assistants to lightweight internal apps; focus is on initial concepts and working prototypes, not full-scale production builds • Prototype quickly; target concept-to-working-demo timelines of days, not weeks; partner with engineers and technical team members to hand off and build out solutions beyond the prototype stage • Collaborate with the AI & Automation Engineering team on solutions requiring API integrations or multi-system workflows • Document use cases, build logic, and outcomes so solutions are repeatable beyond the internship; write clear documentation capturing the idea, logic, and intended approach for each solution to enable handoff and continuity • Present findings and ROI framing to operational and executive leadership • Help build and deliver an AI Efficiency Playbook at the close of the internship – capturing what was built, what it replaced, recommended next steps, and a framework for how Point C can continue identifying and implementing AI-driven improvements

• Generate medical insights from Atria's longitudinal clinical data: surface early signals of disease, characterize how members respond to interventions, and identify population-level trends clinicians can act on. • Build forecasting models on clinical and operational signals: disease progression, biomarker trajectories, member engagement, demand and capacity planning, and other time-series problems. • Lead or contribute to operational analytics: visit patterns, throughput and scheduling, panel composition, vendor performance, member journeys, and the quiet efficiency questions that compound over a year. • Design and execute studies in partnership with clinicians: clear questions, well-controlled comparisons, honest error analysis, and writeups that hold up to clinical scrutiny. • Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, staged rollouts, quasi-experiments) with appropriate attention to power, multiple comparisons, and the difference between "statistically significant" and "actually mattered". • Author and maintain curated views and dbt models in our Snowflake gold layer, documented well enough that clinicians and operational staff can use them confidently without a Slack DM to you every Tuesday. • Build dashboards and analytical tools in Omni Analytics that clinicians and operational leaders actually use to make decisions. • Partner with the AI Scientists and AI Engineers on the boundary where analytical work meets model training and production systems: contributing ground truth, evaluation datasets, and the clinical framing that keeps their models pointed at the right problem. • Translate clinical and operational questions into well-formed analytical problems, and translate results back into clear recommendations. The translation in both directions is most of the job.

• Provide subject matter expertise across facility-related data management processes and technical projects. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across facility operations, maintenance, and asset management systems. • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for facility data management practices, standards, and lifecycle governance. • Develop, maintain, and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with organizational, federal, and regulatory requirements. • Establish and manage data quality assurance protocols, conduct routine audits, validation checks, and corrective actions to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. • Ensure digital records, data structures, and metadata adhere to all applicable compliance and retention requirements. • Oversee and validate the implementation and ongoing utilization of facility management systems, ensuring accurate tracking of assets, maintenance activities, and space utilization. • Support the design, development, configuration, and integration of hardware, software, cloud components, and user interfaces as they relate to facility data workflows. • Collaborate with IT, facility operations, and data teams to integrate data systems, streamline workflows, and ensure end-to-end alignment across platforms. • Participate in system configuration, documentation updates, version control, and system testing, including developing test cases and reviewing results. • Maintain system functionality by monitoring operational performance, identifying issues, and supporting the resolution of data-related errors or configuration gaps. • Generate dashboards, metrics, and analytical reports using tools such as Power BI to support operational decisions, planning activities, and performance monitoring. • Define, configure, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational strategy and reporting requirements. • Analyze facility-related data to identify operational trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization or cost savings. • Participate in facility team meetings related to asset management, work management, and data-driven initiatives. • Work closely with facility operations, IT, and data teams to ensure accurate data capture, smooth workflow execution, and system alignment with operational needs. • Assist in developing and refining system requirements for facility data, asset tracking, and maintenance workflows, translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical or reporting updates. • Provide user support and training for facility management teams on data entry protocols, reporting tools, system workflows, and data governance practices. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation and standard operating procedures related to data quality processes, system configurations, reporting procedures, and operational guidelines. • Promote and reinforce consistent data entry and governance standards and routine quality assurance practices across teams. • Stay current on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends related to facility data management, analytics, and system integration. • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve data accessibility, reporting accuracy, system efficiency, and overall data maturity.
