Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector. • Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand their financing needs. • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings. • Conduct market research to remain competitive and align services with industry trends. • Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. • Provide training and support to dealerships on the use of financing solutions and services. • Monitor dealership conditions and performance. • Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Monitor the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
Job Requirements
- Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (various sectors)
- Strong financial acumen with working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with clients, collaborate with internal team members, and external partners at various levels within the organization
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage deadlines
- Strong negotiation and collection skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections required

Role Description Please Note: This is a remote role with a high travel requirement. Orange Barrel Media is seeking a Business Development Director to lead the identification and development of media opportunities within and surrounding airports and other large transit hubs, with a focus on applying OBM’s differentiated media platforms and approach to this category of infrastructure. This role will focus on establishing and structuring partnerships with airport authorities, developers, and other stakeholders to enable the development of high-impact media infrastructure within and about airports and transit hubs. The ideal candidate brings experience working in or adjacent to the airport and transit agency ecosystem and understands how these organizations operate, including governance structures and approval processes. Key Responsibilities - Airport & Transit Partnership Development: - Identify and build relationships with airport authorities, aviation departments, transit authorities, developers, and related stakeholders to create opportunities for new media assets. - Structure partnerships that allow OBM to develop and operate its media platforms within these environments. - Navigate governance structures, approval processes, and partnership frameworks. - Opportunity Identification: - Identify potential locations for iconic digital spectaculars, IKE kiosks, and other media assets in and around airport corridors, roadways, parking structures, transit hubs, and surrounding real estate. - Evaluate opportunities for feasibility, visibility, and long-term partnership potential. - Deal Structuring: - Lead negotiations and partnership discussions with airports, agencies, developers, and other stakeholders. - Work with internal teams to structure agreements that support long-term development and operations. - Cross-Functional Coordination: - Partner with internal teams to move projects from concept to execution. - Coordinate with OBM’s advertising partners to ensure assets are designed to support premium advertising opportunities. - Market Strategy: - Monitor airport development activity, infrastructure projects, and transportation corridors that may create new media opportunities. - Identify expansion opportunities within major airport markets across the United States. Qualifications - 10+ years of relevant experience in airport environments, transportation infrastructure, media, concessions, or related industries. OOH media experience is a plus, but is not required. - Experience working with or within airport authorities, concession operators, or airport infrastructure organizations. - Familiarity with airport governance structures, approval processes, and public-private partnership models. - Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments including public agencies and private partners. - Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and business development skills. • Build and own Kivo's partner program across service providers and software vendors, from strategy through signed agreement and ongoing relationship management. • Lead the development of integrated solutions with software partners (CTMS, EDC, RIM, QMS, safety, and adjacent categories), including commercial structure, joint positioning, and integration scope in partnership with our product team. • Establish and grow referral and co-sell relationships with CROs, regulatory consultancies, and quality consultancies serving emerging and mid-size biotechs. • Represent Kivo at industry events, partner forums, and customer-facing conversations, building a strong external presence in the clinical and regulatory operations community. • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and product to ensure partnerships translate into pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes — not just logos on a slide. • Develop the operating cadence, metrics, and infrastructure for the partner function as Kivo scales.
