Job Requirements
- Experience in Learning & Development, with hands-on involvement in designing, implementing, and monitoring learning programs
- Experience developing initiatives and managing leadership training and development programs
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence models for analysis and reporting, material design, and content production
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management System / Learning Platform)
- Knowledge of authoring tools for content creation
- Experience in instructional design and innovative learning methodologies
- Analytical capability to transform diagnostics, data, and historical records into development actions and programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management with leaders, with the ability to facilitate trainings, alignments, and workshops
- Proficiency with tools that support analysis, organization, and presentation of information
