Role Description - Manage the delivery of our post-acquisition communications plan, to ensure the critical first 30 days communications are delivered as planned. - Update and communicate group company policies to newly acquired businesses and ensure they understand and can comply with them. - Document current ways of working and system usage as required to enable the delivery of integration projects. - Manage third party vendors to ensure project tasks are completed to scope, cost and timelines. - Create deployment plans for system integration projects to enable effective management of communications, downtime, and go-live activities. - Review project plans to ensure activities within your assigned area of responsibility are up to date on the PM system. - Escalate any risks and issues identified and manage any assigned mitigating actions. - Manage the booking and attendance of training sessions to enable the successful delivery of system integration projects. - Handle and process system and people data, to enable the successful delivery of system integration projects. - Assist in the development of communications, training materials, and notices as required by the integration project streams. - Manage issue logs from system deployment to ensure timely responses and successful go-lives. - Project manage the delivery of assigned functionally led integration projects across Finance, IT, HR, and Operations.
