• Strengthen Coverflex's insurance capability by acting as the key link between insurance companies and the sales team • Support Account Executives with accurate quotations and insurance expertise — ensuring customers get the right solutions, fast • Build a consistent quotation rhythm that meets defined SLAs • Become the go-to insurance reference for the AE team • Establish strong working relationships with key insurance company contacts • Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously — insurance companies, sales, customer success, and marketing

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry with solid understanding of different insurance products
  • Level 2 Insurance Mediation/Distribution License (or higher)
  • Proven B2B Sales or Customer Success experience with commercial responsibility
  • Self-motivated and organised — you're comfortable navigating complex workflows in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience negotiating with insurance partners to get the best outcomes for clients (Nice-to-have)
  • Strong analytical skills — you're confident reading policy details and making informed recommendations (Nice-to-have)
  • English (main) / Spanish (fluent)
