Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator

Role Description We’re looking for a Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator to own daily order processing, SKU and catalog management, and fulfillment reporting across our entire brand portfolio. You’ll work directly with our Fulfillment & Distribution Lead and cross-train with our Logistics Coordinator to provide continuity across the function. This is a hands-on execution role—you’ll be in the systems every day, processing orders, resolving exceptions, and keeping our fulfillment engine running smoothly. - DTC & TikTok Order Fulfillment: Process, route, and manage daily orders across all 3PL locations through Shopify and ShipStation. - Fulfillment Exceptions: Perform daily call-outs for late orders, address corrections, and order exceptions. Coordinate with 3PL partners to resolve issues same-day. - Catalog & SKU Management: Create and maintain SKUs, barcodes, and product data across all brands and platforms. Ensure catalog accuracy. - Reporting: Publish daily and weekly fulfillment reports covering order volume, exceptions, and shipping performance. - Logistics Backup: Cross-train on inbound logistics tasks including domestic freight coordination, FBA/FBT shipment monitoring, and 3PL transfer coordination. - Customer Service Support: Resolve fulfillment-related inquiries (tracking, delivery issues, replacements) within SLA targets. Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment, order management, or logistics coordination. - Hands-on proficiency with Shopify (order processing, product management). - Working experience with ShipStation (order management, label generation, exception handling). - Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (FBA shipment tracking, inventory monitoring, FBM order management). - Advanced Excel skills—pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, data manipulation. - Strong written English for 3PL, carrier, and internal correspondence. - Comfortable working across multiple systems (ClickUp, NetSuite, or similar ERP/project management tools). - Self-directed and detail-oriented. You take ownership of your work and catch errors before they ship. Requirements - This Role Is NOT For You If your background is primarily in warehouse operations, last-mile delivery, or managing teams. This is a hands-on coordinator role focused on system-driven order processing and fulfillment execution. - If you are looking for a management position, a strategic planning role, or a job that does not require daily transactional work in Shopify, ShipStation, and Seller Central, this is not the right fit. - We need someone who thrives in the details. What you will do: - Identify & Frame Value (Win Accounts): Work closely with the Sales team to define the account strategy and pitch corporate prospects. Ensure CIO and C-level business alignment and sponsorship. Native-level Spanish proficiency is required for this role. Candidates must be able to lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in Spanish. The qualifications you need: - +4 years of experience leading technical pre-sales, delivery projects, including defining AI roadmaps, building compelling ROI/TCO critical business cases and prototyping of machine learning and generative AI solutions as well as ensuring health and expansion within the customer journey. - Domain/Industry Expertise: experience of the supply chain domain across sectors (Manufacturing, Consumer, Retail, Services and Resources) with the ability to translate high-level business needs into specific business critical AI use cases. - AI, Data, Analytics: Fundamentals of data scientist, how to create meaningful use cases for generative AI for business, understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, few shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning that are used to build high-impact use cases like intelligent chatbots and automated text processors. Good knowledge of Business Software / SaaS applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle, ), experience with implementing RPA and/or BI Tools and/or building Dashboards. - Knowledge of one of followings: Python and common ML libraries (such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) as well as data engineering tools and technologies. SQL is a must. - Process Improvement & Value Realization: Experience in identifying and projecting value use cases and operative impact for business improvement in the different domains and deploying ways of measurement results ensuring ROI. - Project and Executive Stakeholder Management: Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations and timelines is a plus.
