• Build and own systems that aggregate and transform signals used to power outbound and growth efforts • Design and ship automations and internal tools that improve how teams identify, prioritize, and engage accounts • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions • Lead the foundation of Growth Engineering at Engine, including hiring and mentoring engineers as the team grow • Experiment quickly, learn from results, and evolve successful ideas into durable platforms

• Contribute to AI model training initiatives by curating code examples, offering precise solutions, and providing meticulous corrections in specialized programming languages. • Evaluate and refine AI-generated code, ensuring it adheres to industry standards for efficiency, scalability, and reliability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions, ensuring they meet enterprise-level quality and performance benchmarks.

• Develop modern frontend applications using TypeScript and React. • Design and implement backend services in Python and Go. • Build clean, well-tested APIs that power complex engineering workflows. • Engage directly with product managers, designers, and occasionally customers to understand real-world workflows. • Build internal and customer-facing developer tools, SDKs, and workflow automation systems. • Build systems that function reliably in secure, regulated, or air-gapped settings.

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the Core Platform, including backend services, SDKs, AI-enabled components, and related infrastructure. • Design and implement scalable APIs, event-driven systems, distributed services, and AI-integrated capabilities (including AI/ML and MCP integrations). • Architect systems that reliably incorporate AI models into production environments, with strong attention to observability, latency, cost management, and failure handling. • Lead API design and implementation with a focus on usability, performance, and long-term maintainability. • Architect and evolve microservices using domain-driven design principles. • Build platform abstractions and primitives that enable AI-driven workflows and agent-based capabilities. • Partner closely with Product, Infra, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric integration capabilities. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineers. • Establish and elevate engineering best practices across design, development, testing, and operations.
