Via Appliance Repair
• Deliver outstanding in-home service experiences for customers • Diagnose and repair major household appliances including: Refrigerators Washers & Dryers Gas & Electric Ranges Dishwashers Microwave Ovens • Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration sealed systems • Educate customers on repairs, maintenance, and recommendations • Utilize mobile technology to manage work orders in a paperless environment • Stay current with evolving appliance and smart-home technology • Complete ongoing technical and manufacturer training • Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a professional appearance • Consistently deliver a 5-star customer experience
Job Requirements
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with refrigeration sealed system repair
- Appliance repair experience preferred
- HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience also considered
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently
- Willingness to continue learning and growing within the industry
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills are a plus
