National Sales Executive – Robotics
Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
• Lead national business development initiatives targeting enterprise clients with a focus on robotics solutions. • Develop and nurture executive-level relationships with senior decision makers at hyperscalers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other leading technology and construction companies. • Identify and solve critical business challenges for clients, positioning robotics offerings as strategic, high-value solutions. • Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to navigate complex sales cycles and secure high-value contracts. • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through a performance-driven, commission-based sales approach. • Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies in robotics and automation to inform sales strategy. • Maintain accurate and comprehensive CRM records for sales activities, opportunities, and account progress. • Represent the company at industry conferences, executive briefings, and networking events to expand market presence and strengthen relationships. • Partner with Solution Engineering and Implementation teams to support seamless client onboarding and successful project delivery. • Mentor other sales team members while innovating sales strategies and customer experiences to maximize client satisfaction and profitability.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of proven success in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in robotics, automation, software, or SaaS within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing executive relationships and closing multimillion-dollar deals.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, along with excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Industry experience across technology and construction, with knowledge of tools such as Autodesk Revit and consultative sales methodologies considered a plus.
- A self-motivated, adaptive, and process-oriented leadership style with a strong focus on results and client satisfaction.
