Role Description - Daily oversight of primary marketing channels: PPC, Paid Social, Display, Paid Affiliate - Develop and manage strategic digital marketing initiatives focused on paid lead generation - Establish and execute testing strategies for conversion rate and ROAS optimization - Identify new digital lead generation solutions, opportunities and partnerships to enhance and advance existing lead generation processes and initiatives - Source, establish and foster key vendor, contractor and vertical partner relationships - Drive innovation and growth opportunities across all channels to maximize lead volume with optimal lead quality - Analyze and report out campaign performance for management including KPIs, insights and digital marketing metrics - Responsible for planning, managing and optimizing digital marketing budgets - Coordinate multiple resources; web developers, programmers, designers, agencies Qualifications - 4+ Years of PPC, CPC, CPM, CPL, Media Buys.
