• Full ownership of the continuous monitoring and health checks of system integrations. • Troubleshooting and resolving real-time integration errors, API failures, and data flow disruptions. • Building and fostering relationships with Account, DevOps, and IT teams to coordinate fixes and improvements. • Analyzing logs and alerts to determine the root cause of system failures and documenting resolutions. • Optimizing existing integrations for efficiency and enhanced performance. • Working with cutting edge GenAI tools and technology.

• Lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle for building and maintaining integrations with key partners • Act as the primary technical point of contact for partner engineering and product teams • Design and document technical reference architectures, integration patterns, and API contracts • Serve as the technical expert for partner teams integrating with Endor Labs • Collaborate with internal Engineering, Product, and Partnership teams to ensure integrations meet quality standards • Create technical content including integration guides, reference architectures, sample code, and best practices documentation • Provide feedback from the partner ecosystem to internal teams

• Direct the planning and execution of pharmaceutical supply chain optimization initiatives by integrating clinical utilization assessments and complex financial analysis to deliver data-driven strategic recommendations. • Serve as the definitive strategic partner to pharmacy and executive leadership, providing clinical and operational expertise for solution design, program onboarding, and long-term initiative support. • Oversee enterprise-wide risk management related to pharmaceutical procurement, drug shortages, and recalls to ensure absolute adherence to regulatory standards and patient safety protocols.

• Quickly understand the customer's needs and pain points to design and implement solutions • Work with new prospective customers who are looking to use open-source Dapr in their solutions • Onboard customers to Diagrid products • Create and deliver customer demos • Build Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions in various programming languages • Provide architecture guidance on a broad set of technologies in the Cloud Native space • Use expert knowledge of cloud engineering and system design to help customers with distributed system challenges • Bring knowledge and insights from real world customer engagements to impact Diagrid products • Work with sales to identify potential Dapr opportunities • Inform leadership team of customer pain points and opportunities
