Role Description The Rhythm Solutions Division within Boston Scientific was designed to support and treat patients with heart arrhythmias – most commonly, atrial fibrillation. The goal of the ICE Training Lead is to support the growth of a best-in-market clinical field force through robust training programs that revolve around a new and innovative ICE System. This system will be used in conjunction with other BSC technologies such as WATCHMAN LAAC, FARAPULSE PFA, and the OPAL Mapping System. The Training Lead in this role will be responsible for building a new ICE-focused training curriculum for the field, in addition to partnering with the WATCHMAN and Electrophysiology Training Teams to incorporate ICE learnings into existing programs. This person will also be responsible for leading the training of a new ICE Focused Field Team. Boston Scientific has a best-in-class sales force in the cardiology space, and this role will play an integral part in ensuring our field force continues to learn and develop at a pace that matches the growth of the division. Compensation Minimum Salary: $97,000 Maximum Salary: $184,300 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
