• Elicit and gather detailed requirements from both business and technical stakeholders, proactively identifying gaps and clarifying ambiguity. • Understand complex business processes and break them down into clear, actionable functional requirements and workflows. • Facilitate core Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation with robust acceptance criteria. • Collaborate closely with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams to drive alignment on frontend/backend dependencies and implementation constraints. • Support software and product development teams through the entire project lifecycle in fast-paced delivery environments. • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive process and product documentation, even when baseline documentation is limited.

• Configure and support clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record software • Consult with members to provide solutions for secure, efficient patient care • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate across departments to support project implementations • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing for process improvement and alignment • Ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for configuration, pricing, quoting, and approval processes, and translate them into clear functional specifications and user stories. • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT. • Map current-state ("as-is") processes and design optimized future-state ("to-be") workflows within Oracle CPQ. • Partner with developers and CPQ administrators to design, configure, and validate product configuration rules, constraint rules, pricing rules, discounting structures, and commerce/document workflows. • Define and execute test plans, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate defect triage and resolution. • Manage integrations between Oracle CPQ and adjacent systems such as CRM (Salesforce, Oracle CX), ERP, and contract management tools, documenting data flows and field mappings. • Develop training materials, process documentation, and user guides; deliver enablement sessions to end users and administrators. • Act as the primary point of contact for CPQ enhancement requests, prioritizing the backlog and communicating timelines and status to stakeholders. • Support release management, regression testing, and deployment activities across environments. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
