Brand Intelligence Analyst

• Analyze large volumes of online conversation to identify brand narratives, trends, risks, and inflection points • Translate platform outputs into clear, prioritized insights for non-technical audiences, including journalists and communications leaders • Add real-world and data-driven context to drive additional value • Produce weekly brand-forward intelligence that can be turned into blog posts, newsletter content, or press pitches • Contribute to ongoing newsletter and blog content grounded in PeakMetrics data • Own one in-depth, data-driven report per month designed to support lead generation • Support press efforts with data pulls, insight framing, and background context • Build, iterate, and refine queries and prompts to surface relevant conversations • Analyze patterns, narrative evolution, amplification dynamics, and audience behavior • Work confidently with the platform as well as hands-on data manipulation and prompt engineering for AI workflows • Assist with rapid-response analysis during brand moments, spikes in attention, or potential crises • Help surface early warning signals and narrative risks • Deliver timely, actionable insights under tight deadlines
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong comfort working with quantitative metrics to identify patterns and trends
- Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written communication skills for marketing, press, or executive audiences
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online discourse dynamics
- Ability to communicate insights verbally, visually, and in writing
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and interacting with customers when needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience with social listening, media monitoring, or intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with Boolean query construction or search logic
- Experience producing structured reports or briefs for external audiences

About the position: The Associate, Direct Response will be responsible for project management and administrative support of a complex multi-channel mass market fundraising program. This role helps ensure the program’s success by working with key internal and external stakeholders to keep the program on track by managing behind the scenes functions. Key Outcomes: In the first 90 days, the Associate will: - Learn and live the Americares values. -Complete all required new hire onboarding trainings. -Become familiar with and oversee internal and external systems and processes, including project management, financial workflows, and independently managing invoices in ERPx. -Play a pivotal role in meeting organization by scheduling meetings, notetaking, and sending follow-up summaries with action items. In the first 6 months, the Associate will: -Independently manage the gift acknowledgment program, document processes/workflows -Serve as the team resource for procurement processes and procedures in relation to invoices. In the first year, the Associate will: -Demonstrate proficient understanding of the Direct Response program and processes. -Be the project management and budget expert. -Make recommendations on how to continuously improve workflows. Duties and Responsibilities: -Help with overall project management of program, including maintaining a cross-channel integrated calendar and coordinating campaign production schedules and tasks/deadlines in project management tool. -Oversee weekly acknowledgement sends, including preparing data and coordinating with the mail house vendor; conduct regular reviews and/or updates of copy, art, and processes. -Track, audit, and process expenses/invoices for team budget, making sure they are paid per the vendor’s requirements. -Own relevant internal and external meetings, including scheduling and attending meetings, taking notes, summarizing the meeting in a follow-up message with action items. -Gather program updates and content from internal colleagues to share with external vendors in a timely and organized fashion. -Review materials with a keen eye for detail – including but not limited to verifying production specs, proofreading copy for accuracy, checking photo releases and testing digital pieces for accuracy/functionality. -Actively model and contribute to Americares values, work culture and mission. -Engage in and contribute to team spaces with openness, global competencies, and a growth mindset. -Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. This role involves testing and auditing health care claims and configurations to ensure accurate provider reimbursement and benefit plan requirements. Responsible for the accurate and timely testing of configuration required for provider reimbursement, adjudication rules, and benefit plan requirements in Facets. Interpret requests and develop test plans, strategies, solutions, and file creation for efficient claim adjudication. Coordinate and deliver testing results to external provider groups for project implementations. Maintain detailed documentation related to work assignments to support audit processes, including test plans, test case scenarios, and detailed test scripts. Develop and execute queries to support testing of configuration, adjudication rules, and benefit plan designs; identify, track, and communicate configuration defects. Create claim reports related to work assignments for validation within Operations Claims. Collaborate with internal partners to understand configuration requirements for validating benefit plan designs. Investigate and resolve claim review inquiries from internal customers in a timely manner. Prepare detailed analyses and reports for internal customers when necessary; participate in root cause analysis meetings. Recommend and implement process improvements; support the development, improvement, and automation of testing and QC processes.
