• Lead and support Agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Refinement, Review and Retrospective); • Plan, organize and monitor sprints, ensuring visibility and alignment of deliveries; • Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements; • Write user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation; • Analyze, classify and detail requests, identifying impacts, risks and dependencies; • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, business areas and development teams; • Support product backlog management and refinement; • Actively participate in Discovery and Delivery processes; • Map business processes and propose improvements that generate operational efficiency; • Prepare executive presentations, follow-up materials and management reports; • Monitor indicators and metrics related to product evolution and team deliveries; • Support testing and functional validations, ensuring adherence to defined requirements; • Ensure traceability between business needs, requirements and implemented solutions; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes, methods and practices.
Job Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Owner or in related roles;
- Experience in agile environments using Scrum or similar methodologies;
- Experience leading Agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Refinement, Review and Retrospective);
- Experience in managing, organizing, refining and prioritizing a backlog;
- Knowledge of eliciting, analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements;
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules;
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams;
- Experience in analyzing, classifying and prioritizing requests;
- Knowledge of Discovery and Delivery processes for digital products;
- Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar;
- Knowledge of mapping and documenting business processes.
