The company is looking for a Sr ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our growing consulting team and drive high-impact implementations across a diverse client portfolio. This is a remote-friendly opportunity based in {ADDRESS}, offering the chance to work at the forefront of digital service management. As a Sr ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert and technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable platform configurations across multiple ServiceNow modules. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end design and development of ServiceNow solutions spanning ITSM, Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), CRM, and Data Foundations modules. - Architect scalable, best-practice ServiceNow configurations that align with client business objectives and platform governance standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to gather and refine technical requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks. - Develop and customize ServiceNow components including workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, REST/SOAP integrations, and Flow Designer automations. - Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops with enterprise clients to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities. - Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior consultants and developers on ServiceNow best practices. - Manage and support platform upgrades, patch testing, and instance health activities to ensure stability and performance across client environments. - Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including solution design documents, integration specifications, and deployment guides. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience in a consulting or enterprise environment. - Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CRM, or Data Foundations. - Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages including JavaScript, GlideScript, and Jelly. - Proven experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP-based integrations with third-party systems. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow platform capabilities. - Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications - Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. - One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or related domains. - Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, and dashboarding. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies in a consulting context. - Prior experience working in a client-facing consulting role managing multiple concurrent engagements. - Knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine, IntegrationHub, and low-code/no-code development capabilities.
