Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Engagement Director / Delivery Executive to lead large-scale Azure integration and cloud transformation programs for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between client executive leadership and delivery teams, ensuring successful program execution, strong stakeholder alignment, financial performance, and long-term client satisfaction. This role requires exceptional client management capabilities, strategic leadership, delivery governance expertise, and extensive experience working with US-based enterprise organizations. Key Responsibilities - Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based enterprise clients and executive stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership teams to drive successful project outcomes. - Manage client expectations throughout all phases of the Azure integration project lifecycle. - Navigate complex organizational dynamics and align diverse stakeholder interests. - Conduct executive steering committee meetings and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, financials, and business value. - Foster long-term partnerships by consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations. - Delivery Governance & Program Management - Lead the execution of complex enterprise application modernization, cloud migration, and Azure integration programs. - Ensure project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards are achieved. - Own and manage program roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans. - Establish and enforce governance frameworks, project controls, and performance metrics. - Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, issues, and escalations. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams and client engagements. - Strategic & Financial Management - Manage overall program financials, including P&L ownership, revenue forecasting, margin management, and resource utilization. - Govern project scope through structured change management processes. - Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure successful project delivery. - Partner with internal leadership to support business growth, account expansion, and strategic planning initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 25 years of progressive experience in IT delivery management, program leadership, and account management. - Proven experience leading large-scale cloud migration, application modernization, or enterprise system integration programs. - Extensive experience managing enterprise clients within the United States and strong understanding of US business culture. - Demonstrated expertise in Azure cloud platforms, enterprise integration architectures, and digital transformation initiatives. - Strong executive stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. - Experience managing multimillion-dollar programs and owning P&L responsibilities. - Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams in global delivery environments. - Strong risk management, governance, and escalation management capabilities.
