Crisis Clinician Lead

• Direct Call Handling: When managers are present on shift and able to comfortably run shift alone, the Crisis Clinician Lead will handle calls and engage in screening and assessing callers • Adhere to established protocols for conducting telephonic intervention and de-escalation while determining immediate actions required during call interactions • Provide active listening, engaging with callers and developing rapport • Supportive Role: In the absence of managers, Crisis Clinician Lead are responsible for their shift • Monitor call volumes, track staff availability and call statuses • Participate in inter- and intradepartmental teams projects and initiatives • Respond to more complex cases and account specific requests • Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop care plans to address objectives and goals • Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet identified needs of the members and collaborate with providers
Job Requirements
- Requires MA/MS in social work counseling or a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in social work counseling with a broad range of experience with complex psychiatric and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder treatment
- Current active unrestricted license such as RN LCSW LMHC LICSW LPC or Clinical Psychologist to practice as a health professional within the scope of licensure
- Extensive experience in case management and telephonic and/or in person coaching with members
- Managed care experience required
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor is strongly preferred
- Call center experience is strongly preferred
- Crisis-related experience is strongly preferred

• Perform field inspections of piping and hose bolt-up activities to ensure proper assembly, torquing, and leak prevention. • Verify that all mechanical work complies with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications (ASME, API, etc.). • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions. • Build, maintain, and transmit QC packages. • Monitor the use and calibration of torque wrenches and other bolt-up tools. • Conduct pre-job walkdowns, witness pressure tests, and verify joint integrity before system turnover. • Support mechanical crews by identifying non-conformances, providing corrective guidance, and escalating major issues to supervision. • Coordinate with site supervision, planners, and engineers to resolve quality issues efficiently. • Ensure all quality documentation is completed and submitted timely. • Participate in toolbox talks, quality meetings, and turnover discussions with clients.
