• Gestionar y mentorizar un equipo de 3-6 ingenieros distribuidos en varios equipos Scrum. • Apoyar el crecimiento del equipo ofreciendo feedback sobre rendimiento y facilitando el aprendizaje continuo. • Interactuar con líderes de proyectos para potenciar las fortalezas de los miembros del equipo. • Dedicar entre el 40% y el 50% del tiempo a la codificación práctica y tareas técnicas relacionadas. • Proporcionar supervisión técnica en la integración de componentes de IA en proyectos de gran escala. • Guiar al equipo en el despliegue de soluciones extremo a extremo, optimizando e integrando todas las capas del stack tecnológico. • Identificar oportunidades de innovación impulsando la integración de IA, Machine Learning y LLMs en los productos de la compañía. • Fomentar un entorno colaborativo manteniendo una comunicación clara con todos los stakeholders. • Promover una cultura de mejora continua manteniéndose actualizado con las tendencias de la industria y tecnologías emergentes.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia probada como Software Engineering Lead, Technical Lead o un rol similar enfocado en IA y desarrollo de software.
- Sólida experiencia práctica en codificación, con dominio de múltiples lenguajes de programación (ej. Python, JavaScript, Java).
- Amplia experiencia con el ciclo de vida completo de desarrollo de software y tecnologías full-stack.
- Experiencia con plataformas en la nube (AWS, Azure, GCP) y prácticas de DevOps.
- Experiencia trabajando en entornos Agile/Scrum gestionando equipos de 3 a 6 ingenieros.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos manteniendo altos estándares de calidad y rendimiento.
- Inglés avanzado indispensable (escrito y oral) para la comunicación efectiva en entornos globales.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, mentoría y comunicación con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos.
- Capacidad para ofrecer feedback regular, establecer objetivos claros y facilitar oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.

• Serve in a primary support role for radiologists and as a functional liaison between hospital staff and medical staff. • Support the radiologists with daily operations, including order entry and Clario issues. • Prepare and organize patient records, including retrieving prior images, reports, and other critical documentation for review. • Accurately enter and update patient demographics, exam details, and radiology findings in the Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). • Collaborate closely with technologists, radiologists, and support staff to ensure all necessary imaging studies are available for interpretation. • Monitor and manage the daily flow of studies to ensure timely assignment and delivery to radiologists for review. • Ensure that all received imaging studies are correctly ordered, linked, and documented for accurate interpretation. • Document and process all hospital and external imaging as directed. • Monitor RIS, Clario, and other hospital systems to identify issues or delays, especially STAT studies requiring urgent interpretation.
