Physician – Virtual Urgent Care
First Stop Health
• Provide real-time medical consultations to patients via video, phone, or chat platforms. • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of non-emergency medical conditions remotely. • Prescribe medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and regulatory requirements. • Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records. • Educate patients on self-care, preventive measures, and treatment plans. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed. • Contribute to maintain clinical guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements
- Education: Board certification in family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, or related field.
- Valid medical license (MD, DO) in the relevant state(s).
- Multi State licensure (Compact State participation preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of post-residency experience (Urgent Care, emergency medicine, internal medicine or primary care)
- Experience: Prior telehealth experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred.
- Proficiency with telemedicine technology and electronic health records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
