Quality Specialist – Draw & Remote Inspections
Land Gorilla
• Administers remote progress inspections utilizing video call technology • Creates detailed and accurate inspection reports based on observations and documentation gathered during remote inspections • Performs comprehensive quality control reviews of all progress inspection reports • Ensures that all reports meet established Service Level Agreements (SLA) and quality targets • Provides timely communication with stakeholders regarding the status and quality of all inspection reports • Identifies opportunities for process and quality improvement • Stays up-to-date on changes to industry standards, company policies, and lender guidelines
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with quality control principles and practices
- Excellent understanding of construction stages, trades, and terminology
- Proficiency with software, including reviewing digital documents, video, and images
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms
- Strong skills in generating clear, concise, and high-quality written reports
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience providing customer service to business clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with construction lending is a plus.
