Clinical Education Specialist – MidSouth Region
Nuwellis, Inc.
• Deliver clinical education and hands-on training to healthcare professionals on Aquadex therapy and related products • Support therapy implementation, utilization growth, and customer engagement within assigned accounts • Partner closely with Account Managers to support territory growth and expand prescriber adoption • Conduct therapy reviews and provide clinical guidance aligned with product labeling and best practices • Troubleshoot clinical and product-related questions in real time • Support healthcare providers in identifying appropriate patients for therapy • Lead engaging product demonstrations and in-service education programs • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders • Coordinate customer meetings, training activities, and clinical support needs throughout the territory
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a direct patient care setting
- Strong clinical background in acute care environments
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- Ability to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements
- BSN or advanced nursing/healthcare degree (preferred)
- Experience in ICU, CVICU, Heart Failure, Dialysis, Emergency Department, or other critical care environments (preferred)
- Prior medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred)
- Experience delivering clinical education or medical device training in hospital settings (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, field-based environment (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (preferred)

• Independently prepare commercial real estate appraisal reports from cover to cover • Define appropriate scope of work based on client objectives (financing, estate, reporting, investment, or sale) • Select and apply Cost, Sales Comparison, and Income Capitalization approaches • Perform market studies, highest and best use, and feasibility analyses • Research, verify, and analyze sales, listings, rents, operating data, zoning, land use, and ownership information • Inspect subject and comparable properties and conduct market interviews • Utilize Argus and third-party databases to support valuation conclusions, as needed • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal team members throughout the assignment • Ensure full compliance with USPAP, FIRREA, and client-specific requirements • Contribute to AEI’s internal comparable database and quality initiatives • Mentor junior appraisers and analysts as appropriate
• Serve as an ambassador for our fly fishing programs to ensure 5 Rivers, TU Student Clubs, and camps are integrated into local staff, council, and chapter engagement strategies, from grant procurement to program execution. • Oversee the design, development and implementation of the high school and college programs. • Work closely with the high school and college clubs and engage in member recruitment and club organization and operations. • Support fly fishing program growth through lead generation, club onboarding, and ongoing year-round support. • Conduct outreach and collaborate with grassroots volunteers to identify and recruit new college club programs. • Engage both new and existing 5 Rivers and TU Student Club leaders via regular communications and virtual meetings with members and leaders. • Plan and oversee annual in-person events such as the 5 Rivers Regional Rendezvous series and the Ambassador Summit. • Support state-level camp directors through quarterly conference calls, material development and distribution, and running volunteer background checks. • Manage TU Memberships for the Student Club, 5 Rivers and camp networks. • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the 5 Rivers Alumni network. • Develop and manage program budgets. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting cross-functional teamwork, knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous learning. • Provide guidance and support to the 5 Rivers Social Media Intern to coordinate effective social media outreach. • Collaborate with the Emerging Podcast Intern to support network growth and effective messaging. • With support from TU’s development staff and the Youth Programs Manager, assist with program specific fundraising operations which may include stewarding established individual donors, foundations, and corporations. • Cultivate alternative forms of fundraising such as crowdfunding, raffles, and sweepstakes. • Cultivate new and existing TU Student Clubs and 5 Rivers partnerships in the outdoor industry.
