• Analyze and structure best practices to support employees in adopting artificial intelligence • Produce deliverables that can be deployed in consulting engagements with large organizations • Conduct a literature review • Carry out internal and external interviews • Analyze real organizational situations • Develop a consolidated synthesis deliverable that can be showcased by the firm and its clients • Present the study results to the Sustainability team

• Deliver best-in-class Digital Innovation workshops to apprenticeship learners • Teach learning content to groups of apprenticeship learners via virtual workshops • Work with Learner Success Coaches (LSCs) to ensure learners progress through the programme • Contribute to product improvement and content development • Maintain timekeeping and classroom management

• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership • Develop in-depth analysis to identify root cause of client’s barriers or overall needs • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions across a team of analysts • Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to their designated content area • Create and deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings • Provide sales support serving as voice of the market • Build credibility as an industry expert • Identify research process improvements

• Define and own the internal AI tooling roadmap, prioritizing by business impact and feasibility. • Partner with department leads (Sales, Support, Engineering, Finance, etc.) to surface automation opportunities. • Evaluate and select AI models, platforms, and SaaS tools that fit our stack and budget. • Prototype, build, and ship AI-powered internal tools — chatbots, workflow automations, document processors, and data pipelines. • Integrate LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into existing systems via APIs, Zapier, Make, or custom code. • Maintain a library of reusable prompt templates, fine-tuned workflows, and automation playbooks. • Provide regular and on demand training across the organization. • Establish guardrails, usage policies, and monitoring for AI tools used internally in cooperation with our Legal team and CISO. • Track cost, quality, and adoption metrics for every tool deployed; iterate based on data. • Ensure all tooling meets security, privacy, and compliance standards.
