• Supervise installation and maintenance of APs. • Pull and terminate cat 5/cat 6 cables throughout a sizeable environment. • Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions. • Follow the direction of the Tech III and IVs. • Order and maintain inventory stock supplies.

• Oversee a portfolio of delinquent, court-ordered foreclosure files. • Direct a team to ensure compliance with state laws and investor guidelines from referral to sale. • Manage judicial foreclosure proceedings, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and investor guidelines. • Supervise a team of processors, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to improve performance. • Act as a liaison with outside counsel to move files and prepare for court hearings. • Ensure timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence. • Review foreclosure documents for accuracy. • Monitor portfolios to prevent delays and mitigate financial risk.

• Supporting attorneys with movement of files via communication with the client. • Initial preparation of documents for attorney review. • Completion of steps in client and case management systems. • Ensuring compliance with legal and industry requirements. • Drafting legal documents for attorney review in preparation of sale. • Ensuring timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence. • Communicate with client(s) in the respective client system(s) and via email. • Provide regular and timely client status updates, as well as continual follow-up on outstanding documents and or services. • Maintain information related to specific team documents. • Draft correspondence with clients and other agencies involved in foreclosure process. • Answer phone calls from prospective purchasers and or borrowers or lenders. • Perform other duties as assigned.
