Training Course Facilitator
Unified Technologies
• Facilitates and administers virtual and onsite IMCOM Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) training courses • Coordinates with Areli managers, other facilitators, IMCOM proponents and COR, and subject matter experts (SME) to organize virtual courses and incorporate course updates • Creates and edits course material utilizing Microsoft Office Products • Collaborate with multiple instructors, government course proponents, and SMEs and managers to facilitate and update IMCOM DPW courses for virtual and self-paced instruction. • Utilize Microsoft Teams as a virtual collaboration and instruction platform. • Engage in professional interaction, correspondence, and virtual platform troubleshooting. • Proficiency in public speaking and/or instruction required for this high visibility position.
Job Requirements
- 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication
- Consistent and reliable time management skills
- Proficiency in professional utilization of video conferencing tools including Microsoft Teams
- Outstanding customer service skills with briefing/public speaking experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain suitability requirements for access to classified information.
- Requires travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations to facilitate onsite course instruction.
- Prior Army DPW experience (Preferred)
- Current or recent Common Access Card (CAC) holders (Preferred)
- Previous training or instruction experience (Preferred)
- ADDIE course development and ELM instruction model familiarization (Preferred)
