Job Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors
- A degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or similar major, is preferred
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 2 plus years of related work experience is required
- Ability to relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

In this role, you will apply your expertise to conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical cases and provide objective, evidence-based medical opinions. This is a telework opportunity that allows you to customize your schedule while working as a 1099 independent contractor. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing medical records, preparing clear and concise clinical summaries, participating in peer-to-peer discussions when appropriate, and responding to specific questions from our clients related to occupational medicine care. • Plan, design and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify their needs and to ensure satisfaction. • Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts to maximize budgets. • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality. • Organize and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc. • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations. • Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities. • Manage event budget and task list, ensuring event is completed within budget and on-time. • Coordinate with communications to promote and publicize event when appropriate. • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day. • Coordinate with Manager to Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes. • Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest. • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
• Support the planning and execution of a large, multi-day annual conference program for a federal client. • Combine strategic event communications, attendee engagement, registration management, and complex event logistics to deliver high-quality experiences for government stakeholders, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and attendees. • Oversee day-to-day conference operations and drive execution across event communications, registration operations, logistics, and onsite delivery. • Lead development and execution of integrated event communications and marketing plans, including email campaigns, social media promotion, website content, and attendee outreach. • Drive attendee engagement strategies to increase participation, visibility, and overall event experience. • Develop and manage communications for attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors, including registration messaging, logistical updates, and promotional materials. • Partner with internal creative teams to oversee the development of conference branding, signage, collateral, and digital assets. • Analyze attendee engagement and campaign performance metrics to inform future communications strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. • Oversee the full attendee and speaker registration lifecycle, including registration platform configuration, reporting, onsite check-in operations, and post-event analytics. • Serve as lead for onsite registration operations, including workflow management, issue resolution, and training of temporary event staff. • Manage vendor coordination and operational timelines to ensure successful delivery of conference activities and supporting services.
