• Work hands-on and train the team with the process given to us by our client • Supervise crews in your area with direction from our client • Make sure all team leads and co-workers follow Brandpoint procedures for reporting on hotels and staffing issues • Handle issues with staff at stores and any hotel issues that arise after hours • 100% travel at times • Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive bending for up to 12 hours a day • Able to pull, push, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout your scheduled shift • Weekend availability
Job Requirements
- 3 years in retail resets, merchandising, or related skill set in this industry
- Dollar General experience extremely helpfully
- Must have computer skills including Email, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and camera
- Experience managing multiple projects within a region and managing crews during reset/remodels while meeting completion expectations and maintaining work quality
- Must have a background in using basic hand tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Have your reliable transportation (not shared)
- Must be able to safely climb ladders up to 20 feet high
- Must be able to understand and be able to operate a forklift
- Experience installing Lozier, Maddix, and millwork and reading Planograms

• Execute and resize static digital display banners, OOH, social and print assets against provided specifications and based on existing designs, templates and/or brand guidelines. • Create digital templates for multi-channel marketing assets based on existing creative and adhering to brand guidelines. • Ensure fidelity to strict brand guidelines, including typographic, image, and copy parameters. • Implement creative revisions and asset quality reviews under the guidance of Project Managers, Creative and Account leads. • Creative asset library organization and maintenance, including version control. • Own the quality control (QC) and change management process for your own work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specifications before submission. • Stay proactive in communicating workload capacity, timelines, and any bandwidth limitations with Project Managers and team leads.
