• Elicit, develop, and review business requirements to clearly define business needs and solution scope • Document and refine requirements into detailed functional specifications without prescribing technical solutions • Facilitate technical review sessions to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with solution design • Support the end-to-end development of lifecycles, including coordination of builds, QA validation, and production deployment (including vendor solutions) • Partner with Project and Release Management to plan, sequence, and coordinate development activities • Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and a strong understanding of business processes, systems, and industry standards • Develop evaluation criteria for applications, products, and tools, and take ownership of requirements for complex initiatives • Conduct comparative analysis to evaluate solution options and recommend optimal IT approaches • Provide consulting and advisory support to business stakeholders, driving process improvements and aligning business and technology outcomes • Support design, build, and testing phases for large-scale projects and enhancements
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience eliciting, documenting, and translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications
- 6+ years of experience in requirements analysis, planning, prioritization, and execution across project lifecycles
- Strong understanding of enterprise testing practices, quality standards, and software development concepts (architecture, infrastructure, security, DevOps)
- Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in enterprise environments
- Experience working with databases, enterprise applications, and system integrations
- Familiarity with end-to-end system design and development processes
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for pension products (PGBL, VGBL) and related processes. • Act as a liaison between business, actuarial, legal/regulatory, and IT teams, translating needs into functional specifications and user stories. • Map and redesign processes (onboarding, contributions, portability, surrenders, benefits) to improve efficiency and ensure compliance. • Support system evolution and integration projects, participating in UAT and acceptance testing. • Ensure adherence to SUSEP regulations and monitor regulatory changes that affect the products. • Produce analyses and metrics to support the area’s decision-making.
