Role Description The person in this position is a licensed Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Specialist in Cytogenetics (CG) who is responsible for day to day specimen processing, analysis and results reporting. The person in this position performs the standard duties of a Laboratory Technologist independently and will consult Lead Technologist if appropriate. - Performs all duties of a Medical Technologist I without assistance from Medical Technologist III. - Displays satisfactory clinical competency on standard procedures. - Assists in the training of new employees and trainees in accordance with department protocols and company guidelines. - Prepare and present case studies and/or continuing education activities. - Receive and process specimens according to department protocols. - Assists the Supervisor, Manager and Director with administrative functions such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory. - Produces, interprets and reports accurate and precise test results. - Identify and correct problems that may adversely affect test performance or result reporting of patient samples. - Communicates pertinent section information/issues to supervisor, manager or other appropriate individual. - Performs instrument maintenance and method troubleshooting. - Validates new methods. - Handles CAP surveys. - Assists in documentation and maintaining effective department QA/QC programs and monitors. - Must perform within the productivity expectations as set forth by current departmental guidelines. - Exercise all laboratory safety precautions and adhere to lab procedures as stated in procedure manuals. - Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry's best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data. - Must be familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all Corporate Policies, including the Privacy and Security policies. - Addresses Client Concerns. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree - National certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as a Clinical Laboratory Specialist in Cytogenetics (CG) or as a Medical Technologist (MT). - Tennessee State Laboratory License optional. - Maintains appropriate continuing education for certification and licensure. Requirements - Three years job-related experience preferred. - Computer proficiency preferred.

Role Description We are seeking obesity medicine physicians to provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity, and to collaborate with advanced practice professionals and registered dietitians towards exceptional team-based care. Work is remote, and schedules can be flexible. We are currently accepting applications for a FTE (40 hours per week) Obesity Medicine Physician or Endocrinologist opportunity, who are licensed in GA. This role will include participation in a rotating after hours call schedule with Form Health clinical leadership and will have a reduced clinical schedule the weeks of on-call coverage. This is a Modified Full Time position based in a remote, telemedicine clinical setting. The physician will work closely with a supportive care team and have protected time for administrative duties. - Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting, focusing on evidence-based obesity treatment and chronic weight management. - Collaborate with Registered Dietitians. - Provide treatment planning and medical management support for complex cases or escalated concerns. - Prescribe non-controlled obesity medications for patients under direct care. - Ensure clinical documentation, protocols, and treatment pathways are followed consistently within the team. - Assist in the professional development of APPs by fostering clinical growth, offering feedback, and supporting continuing education. - Participate in team-based care initiatives and contribute to a culture of collaboration and high-quality care. - Attend relevant departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement efforts within the obesity medicine program. Qualifications - MD or DO degree with board certification; must be an American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) diplomate or board certified in Endocrinology. - Licensed to practice and prescribe legally in GA. - LOQ (Letter of Qualification) with the IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) is preferred. - Credentialed with insurance payers (strong preference for multiple state licenses). - Excellent interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions. - Committed to the highest quality of medical care and an evidence-based approach to obesity management. - Prior experience conducting telemedicine visits with a great "web-side" manner. - Prior experience working collaboratively with advanced practice professionals and registered dietitians. - Bilingual candidates with medical fluency in Spanish are highly preferred.
