• Quotation and order management (Conveyor / Spare Parts) • Preparation and follow-up of quotations and order confirmations • Coordination of shipping and customs in cooperation with internal and external partners • Handling warranty and claims, including structured documentation and consistent follow-up • Supplier coordination and active follow-up to ensure rapid resolution and processing • Internal customer support for conveyor systems (technical/commercial within the scope of the role) • Development and refinement of proactive spare-parts packages, including inventory/stock alignment and active follow-up with customers • Ensuring the sales focus of the role is visibly executed (proactivity, follow-up, package logic)
Job Requirements
- Proven technical expertise in conveyor systems (or a steep learning curve plus clear motivation to quickly build this expertise)
- Strong inside-sales experience with quotations/order processing and structured follow-up
- Confident handling of warranty/claims processes and supplier communication/management
- Demonstrated reliability and ownership: proactively drive matters through to completion (especially follow-ups)
- Clear sales mindset in a service/aftermarket context (proactive packages, customer engagement, closing orientation)

• Analyse Oracle Database environments to determine licensing requirements and compliance • Provide strategic licensing guidance to clients and internal teams • Produce detailed licensing reports & executive summaries • Act as a Subject Matter Expert during Oracle audits
