• An experienced engineer who knows distributed systems not just from documentation - but from production incidents, cluster tuning under load, and writing runbooks that people actually use.
Job Requirements
- Administration and operation of distributed messaging platforms, including RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka;
- Operational management of Apache Spark workloads, including deployments, scalability, and monitoring;
- Troubleshooting and support for distributed infrastructures and critical data environments;
- Implementation of governance, security, and continuous monitoring practices for messaging and data platforms;
- Production of technical documentation, architecture, and operational procedures.
- AMQP, topics, queues, partitions, offsets, delivery guarantees, and message ordering;
- Configuration and tuning of Kafka clusters and RabbitMQ environments in production;
- DataOps practices and automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python/Bash scripts);
- Advanced integration between messaging platforms and data pipelines
- Operation and administration of ingestion systems such as Debezium or Apache NiFi;
- Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized environments
- Certification in messaging administration.
