• Execute the quality, engagement, and contracting strategy • Develop provisions based on cost, quality/analysis and monitor key metrics • Responsible for provider recruitment, contracting and initiating loading and credentialing processes • Negotiate and re-negotiate contracts, terms, reimbursement rates, etc. • Analyze financial data to establish network strategic initiatives and partnerships • Collaborate with Population Health Analytics team • Provide on-site practice transformation support and education to Providers identified as partners in the CareSource PCMH program

• Prepare candidate scoring documents and evaluation materials. • Review resumes, transcripts, LinkedIn profiles, references, and other candidate information. • Assist with hiring packet preparation and quality assurance. • Coordinate communications and scheduling related to executive hiring reviews. • Support hiring process administration and operational workflows. • Assist with AI-related projects, training materials, and process documentation

• Own a category portfolio of TikTok creator affiliates from recruitment through ongoing performance management. • Drive SKU activation by recruiting, briefing, and coaching creators to turn idle product listings into live, converting content. • Own everything from creator relationships and sample seeding to GMV, SKU coverage, and content output. We're building this from scratch, and we want someone who helps write the playbook.

• Support with allocation of work to various stakeholders including Lyra’s local provider subsidiaries and partners, Clinical Consultants, Direct Affiliate Networks, and other Operational support teams as needed. • Support with data handling, correspondence follow up for case/event data, data capture and data checking, and related work, including customer satisfaction and related feedback data. Support with data-related correspondence, capture, updating and collation regarding affiliate records and support with data for reporting needs for management. • Support with mailbox handling and correspondence with clients, affiliates, internal, and external stakeholders on administrative / service coordination matters. • Support the smooth operational management of and SLA adherence of service portfolios by carrying out administrative and coordination related duties, supporting technology-tool set-ups for selective projects where needed, and timeous and accurate processing of financial documents and data for purposes of commercial allocations, provider payments, and customer billing. • Escalate clinical enquiries, clinical risks, and service concerns/complaints/escalations to the necessary Consultants and Management teams for timeous and compliant handling. • This job description is not exhaustive and may be amended or added to as the role develops and as business demands change.
