What You’ll Do: - Identify all required permits for road crossings, foreign utility crossings, rail crossings, water crossings, and special/conditional use scenarios. - Conduct in-depth research using online databases, courthouse records, and recorded documents to determine permitting requirements. - Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to perform property research and maintain accurate mapping and data records. - Apply knowledge of real property concepts and instruments to ensure compliance with permit-related regulations and documentation standards. Qualifications - Minimum of six (6) years of Utility Permitting or a related field. - Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems. - Valid Driver’s License. • Own Sphere’s transaction monitoring, KYC/B, and onboarding screening from end-to-end • Ensure proper record-keeping and retention in accordance with various regulatory timelines. • Configure and oversee transaction monitoring rules relevant to cross-border flows, and stablecoin-related activity. • Integrate seamlessly with product and compliance teams to ensure greater cross-functional alignment and collaboration • Support the operational execution of the firm-wide compliance framework, focusing on product evolution, audit responses, and evaluating program impact. • Detect, elevate, escalate and action suspicious activity in alignment with AML/BSA and USA PATRIOT Act mandates. • Support the development of operating procedures tied to payments, treasury, and vendor integrations. • Support the compliance team during bank examinations and various audits, as required

• Support the negotiation, preparation, and closing of complex land agreements (leases, purchases, easements, surface waivers, etc.), collaborating with internal and external legal teams. • Manage land-related data with a high degree of accuracy, including maintaining tracking systems and auditing data to ensure reliable records. • Support land acquisition budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting efforts, including preparation of executive-level summaries and materials. • Support project visibility by developing and maintaining reporting dashboards and preparing analytical summaries for internal stakeholders. • Identify and implement process improvements - including the use of automation where applicable - to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity. • Lead various stages of the land acquisition process, including resolving title and survey issues. • Strategically support the performance of third-party land agents and document specialists, ensuring consistent communication and documentation quality. • Collaborate closely with Development and Permitting Teams to ensure acquisition efforts align with project schedules. • Provide ongoing support to Managers and Directors on specific projects.

• Review GLOBALG.A.P. audit reports for technical accuracy, consistency, and scheme compliance • Verify correct application of GLOBALG.A.P. Principles and Criteria, National Interpretation Guidelines, and applicable legislation • Confirm that audit conclusions are supported by objective evidence • Review non-conformances and corrective actions for completeness and scheme alignment • Identify documentation gaps or inconsistencies and provide clear, actionable reviewer feedback • Communicate reviewer comments professionally in English and Spanish
