Som diagnostekniker ger du support till vår slutkunds, RN Nordic, återförsäljare och tjänsten är en del av vårt nordiska team som expanderar. Vi söker just nu två personer som blir direktanställda hos MSX International för ett tidsbegränsat kontrakt till årets slut. Arbetsuppgifter: - Supportera och coacha återförsäljare med avancerad diagnostisk felsökning - Bistå med rekommendationer för fortsatt felsökning - Kommunicera direkt med kundens utvecklingsteam - Daglig uppföljning av aktuella ärenden - Rapportering av produktavvikelser till kund - Kontinuerlig kompetensutveckling Qualifications - Teknisk erfarenhet är ett krav, Nivå 3 eller motsvarande - Elbilserfarenhet är meriterande - God förståelse för diagnossystem och mjukvara - Solid erfarenhet från auktoriserad märkesverkstad - Goda kunskaper inom IT, elektronik och felsökning - Engagerad och analytisk problemlösare - Kommunikativ och serviceinriktad - Flytande svenska och engelska Requirements - Placering av rollen är antingen i Göteborg eller Stockholm men kan även utföras på distans. - Detta är heltidstjänster och tillträde sker enligt överenskommelse. - Vi erbjuder en månadslön i spannet 45-50.000 SEK för denna position. - Lönesättningen sker i enlighet med vår lönesättningspolicy och baseras bland annat på utbildning, kompetens, kvalifikationer och erfarenhet.
