Role Description We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who understands how consumers think, not someone who just posts. You'll be responsible for building our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, Nextdoor, and Facebook Groups. You'll work directly with the Marketing Director on strategy and content ideas. If you have a concept that could move the needle, bring it to the table. This is a build-the-brand, drive-real-results role, not a "schedule and publish" job. Key Responsibilities - Content Strategy & Creation: - Develop and execute a content calendar across all platforms aligned with marketing goals and seasonal demand - Collaborate with the Marketing Director on content ideas, strategy is always top of mind - Create posts, stories, reels, and short-form video content that resonates with homeowners - Write captions that sound human, not corporate - Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach - Platform Management: - Manage 15 location-specific accounts across Facebook and Instagram - Build and grow our TikTok presence - Develop a YouTube strategy for long and short-form content - Establish and manage presence on Reddit, Nextdoor, and Facebook Groups - Video & Visual Content: - Edit short-form video for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories - Coordinate with field teams to capture before/after shots, testimonials, and day-in-the-life content - Create graphics and visual assets for posts and promotions - Community & Engagement: - Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews across all platforms promptly - Monitor brand mentions and turn positive interactions into shareable content - Analytics & Reporting: - Track performance metrics and build weekly and monthly reports - Use data to drive content decisions and identify competitive opportunities Qualifications - 2+ years managing business social media accounts with real KPIs - Strong grasp of consumer psychology, you know what stops a scroll - Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously - Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - Strong copywriting skills, captions that drive engagement, not just likes - Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Later - Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar - Eye for visual content and basic design sense - Comfortable analyzing performance data and pulling actionable insights - Self-directed, you come with ideas, not just availability Requirements - Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Role Description Analyser comment, dans les espaces forestiers tropicaux, les acteurs interagissent et parviennent – ou échouent – à élaborer des formes de coordination permettant de réguler/organiser les accès et les usages tout en soutenant les dynamiques écologiques. Sous la responsabilité de Olivier Evrard (DR IRD) et Emmanuel Pannier (CR IRD), vos activités seront les suivantes : - État de l’art critique des travaux sur le pluralisme juridique et le « droit négocié » dans le cas des espaces forestiers. - Enquêtes de terrain dans un ou deux espaces forestiers de la zone intertropicale, dont obligatoirement l’Asie du Sud-Est. - Analyse des usages, conflits, rapports de pouvoir et dispositifs de régulation existants, en accordant une attention particulière aux situations où des formes de coordination émergent et aux configurations de blocage ou d’échec. - Présentations des résultats scientifiques en vue de publications dans des revues scientifiques spécialisés et/ou coordination d’un numéro spécial. - Participation aux activités d’animation scientifique de l’UMR d’accueil (PALOC) et du Groupe de Travail Forêts de l’IRD. Qualifications - Doctorat dans l’une des disciplines suivantes : anthropologie (politique, environnementale, juridique), sociologie, géographie, économie. - Enquêtes de terrain ethnographiques dans les espaces forestiers d’Asie du Sud-Est. - Publications dans des revues internationales à comité de lecture. - Maîtrise de l’anglais impérative, connaissance d’une langue du pays d’enquête souhaitée. - Connaissance des approches et débats relatifs aux enjeux socio-écologiques de la gouvernance des espaces forestiers et du pluralisme juridique attaché. Requirements - Capacité à travailler au sein d’équipes interdisciplinaires. - Autonomie dans la conduite des recherches de terrain. - Intérêt pour les activités d’animation collective.
