Job Requirements
- Previous experience managing social media and producing digital content;
- Knowledge of the major social platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook and X (Twitter);
- Analytical skills to interpret metrics, identify opportunities and propose performance improvements;
- Excellent written communication, creativity and proficiency in Portuguese;
- Ability to produce clear, creative copy suited to different digital channels;
- Attention to grammar, spelling and coherence in content production;
- Dynamic, proactive and results-oriented profile;
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously;

Role Description Analyser comment, dans les espaces forestiers tropicaux, les acteurs interagissent et parviennent – ou échouent – à élaborer des formes de coordination permettant de réguler/organiser les accès et les usages tout en soutenant les dynamiques écologiques. Sous la responsabilité de Olivier Evrard (DR IRD) et Emmanuel Pannier (CR IRD), vos activités seront les suivantes : - État de l’art critique des travaux sur le pluralisme juridique et le « droit négocié » dans le cas des espaces forestiers. - Enquêtes de terrain dans un ou deux espaces forestiers de la zone intertropicale, dont obligatoirement l’Asie du Sud-Est. - Analyse des usages, conflits, rapports de pouvoir et dispositifs de régulation existants, en accordant une attention particulière aux situations où des formes de coordination émergent et aux configurations de blocage ou d’échec. - Présentations des résultats scientifiques en vue de publications dans des revues scientifiques spécialisés et/ou coordination d’un numéro spécial. - Participation aux activités d’animation scientifique de l’UMR d’accueil (PALOC) et du Groupe de Travail Forêts de l’IRD. This role is ideal for a creative-first performance marketer who combines analytical rigor with strong storytelling instincts. You will leverage creative strategy, platform expertise, and performance insights to support campaign success and efficiency while strengthening our audience growth engine. Hourly Bill Rate We take a market-informed approach to contractor bill rates. The anticipated bill rate for this role is $34–$55 per hour and reflects the scope of work, required experience, specialized skills, and current market conditions. Final rates are determined based on a holistic evaluation of the contractor's qualifications and the needs of the engagement. This position requires a minimum commitment of six (6) months.
