Role Description We are looking for a Compensation Lead to drive and elevate our compensation strategy in a dynamic, global, and data-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking and a hands-on approach, and who enjoys influencing key business decisions through data, market insights, and well-structured compensation frameworks. You will take ownership of compensation practices across the organization, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Business Leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation decisions. Key Responsibilities - Compensation Strategy & Frameworks - Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of salary bands and compensation structures across regions (LATAM & U.S.) - Define and evolve compensation guidelines, ensuring alignment with market trends, company growth, and business strategy - Drive internal equity analysis, including compa-ratio reviews and salary structure optimization - Market Intelligence & Benchmarking - Own benchmarking processes and market analysis to ensure competitiveness in key talent markets - Provide strategic insights on compensation trends, talent scarcity, and regional dynamics - Proactively identify risks and opportunities related to compensation positioning - Offer Design & Talent Partnership - Partner with Talent Acquisition to define competitive and consistent offer strategies - Guide complex or high-impact offers, ensuring alignment with internal equity, market data, and business needs - Support hiring decisions with data-driven recommendations - Data, Reporting & Insights - Own compensation reporting and analytics (salary benchmarks, inflation, exchange rates, headcount evolution) - Build and enhance dashboards and data visualization tools for decision-making - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of compensation data across systems (SAP, Deel, etc.) - Operational Excellence - Oversee and optimize compensation processes (offers, promotions, salary adjustments, onboarding data) - Ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of compensation workflows - Support contractor models, documentation, and compliance in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders - Stakeholder Leadership - Act as a trusted advisor to Business Leaders, Talent Acquisition, and Finance on compensation decisions - Influence and align stakeholders on compensation strategy, guidelines, and trade-offs - Drive clarity and consistency in compensation communication and decision-making Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, HR, or related fields - 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or similar roles - Proven experience owning or leading compensation processes and decisions - Experience working in global or multicultural environments is highly valued Requirements - Advanced Excel (mandatory) - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - Experience with HR systems (SAP, Deel, or similar) - Strong understanding of compensation principles: benchmarking, salary structures, internal equity - Familiarity with contractor models and labor regulations in LATAM and/or the U.S. - Strong ownership and accountability - Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Advanced English (mandatory) Benefits - 🌍 Work from Anywhere - 🌴 Unlimited PTO - 🎉 Flexible and ownership-driven culture - 🎓 Continuous learning opportunities - 💻 Equipment & workspace support - 📶 Monthly internet allowance - 💵 Competitive compensation (USD, fixed + variable)

Role Description As our Client Success Manager (CSM), you are the heartbeat of the client experience. This is a proactive, high-touch ownership role where you will guide clients from the moment a sale closes through onboarding, daily adoption, and long-term partnership.
